Applicable Law
The rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to these Terms and Conditions is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles.

You may be subject to other local, provincial and national laws. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of British Columbia for any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any matter arising under this Agreement in any jurisdiction where you reside, do business or have assets.

Termination
Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions, CONFIDANCE reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site.

Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
